Anusara Immersion Parts I, II and III  will be held in 2012 on the following dates:

March 24 & 25, April 28 & 29. May 26 & 27, June 30 & July 1,  July 28 & 29. August  25 & 26, September 22 & 23, October 27 & 28,  November 24 & 25.
The Immersion trainings are pre–requisites for Anusara Teacher Training.
Teachers Christine du Fresne and Cassandra Missio are certified Anusara Yoga teachers and together share 40 years of yoga practice and experience.
We invite all teachers, aspiring teachers and those who wish to take their practice to the next level to join us in this exploration of the depth and power of Anusara Yoga.

Betsey Downing and Martin Kirk will be here in 2012 for Teacher Training modules 1 & 2

Betsey is co-chair of the certification committee for Ansuara Yoga. We are honoured to have her guiding our teachers towards the status of Inspired teachers or Certified teachers.  She will be generously offering a manual of detailed instructions to support teachers in the studio or to simply  enrich our own practice.

Betsey will be offering Teacher Training on March 7 through 11. 

Master classes with Betsey Downing: Tuesday 6th March and Tuesday 13th March 6.30-9pm

Martin Kirk will be offering Teacher Training module 2 June 20 24 2012.

Martin is a Certified Anusara® yoga Instructor who has gained a reputation for excellent and inspiring workshops and teacher trainings. Martin’s understanding of the body is extensive and he has a special gift of taking complex subject matter and making it accessible, clear and applicable for the modern day yogi. His anatomy and therapy trainings are now legendary and in great demand worldwide.
