Timetable

All classes at Georges River Yoga are grounded in the philosophic framework of Anusara YogaŽ. The teachings support students to find their own individual expression in the poses within the structure that the principles of Anusara Yoga offer.

All classes are mixed level classes and are one and a half hours long.

They are all suitable for beginners.

Tuesday 7.00pm – 8.30pm

Wednesday 10am – 11.30 am 

Thursday 7.00pm – 8.30pm 

Friday 10am – 11.30am
