Timetable

All classes at Georges River Yoga are grounded in the philosophic framework of Anusara YogaŽ. The teachings support students to find their own individual expression in the poses within the structure that the principles of Anusara Yoga offer.

All classes except Saturday are suitable for beginner and general level students, and are one and a half hours long.

Thursday is a dedicated Beginners class.

Saturday is a 2-hour class for General level students. It is by monthly enrolment only and is not suitable for make-up classes.

Tuesday 6.30pm – 8.00pm

Wednesday 10am – 11.30 am, 7pm – 8.30pm

Thursday 6.30pm – 8.00pm foundational for beginners

Friday 10am – 11.30am

Friday 12 - 1pm Gentle stretch-and-strengthen class (suitable for seniors and pregnant women)

Saturday 8.15am – 10.15am general level students
